10 live days · Your work, in practice
Direct a Factory for campaign delivery.
Choose MasterCourse for all ten days and the exclusive Capstone. Build and test a bounded campaign process using sample assets and simulated revisions.
Give a strong creative idea a working process. Build a precise brief, assign recurring research and production preparation to proactive agents, then direct a Factory of proactive AI agent teams that carries an approved concept through to a coherent campaign handover.
Creative direction joins audience insight, a distinctive point of view and the realities of delivery. The exercises keep the brief, references, feedback and asset versions connected so that coordination supports the idea rather than flattening it.
What you learn
Learn to connect creative prompts and proactive production agents into a Factory of proactive AI agent teams for strategy, concept development and delivery review, with final creative-director approval.
Build a Factory of proactive AI agent teams for creative preparation. Use a Dot to coordinate continuing work across their handoffs and return coherent options, versioned revisions and unresolved creative choices. Test changing inputs, blocked work and a later restart. The director chooses the concept; authorized people approve client commitments and release.
Proactive Agents · OpenAI Dots
Create it. Name it. Put it to work.
Create and test a proactive AI agent, give its role a stable name, and define what it may do. Then hand supported work to OpenAI Dots for one run or a continuing responsibility. Your Dot can keep working between conversations, using approved context and connected tools, and return results or ask for a decision without a fresh prompt for every step.
Give the role a name and a brief
Name the role Campaign Studio. Provide the accepted brief, licensed references, selected concept, asset list and review standard. Connect the approved asset or review workspace; preserve the direction and decision record for the next batch.
Choose a run or an ongoing responsibility
A Dot has its own cloud computer and browser. When the assignment, files and tools are available there, it can work while your phone or computer is off. Always-on means available to continue the responsibility; it may wait for a schedule, input or approval and remains subject to access and usage limits. Work using local files or applications still needs that connected computer online with the ChatGPT app open.
Set the return and the review rhythm
Return coherent options, versioned revisions and unresolved creative choices under the same named responsibility, with source versions and completed, waiting and blocked work clearly separated. Agree whether you need a scheduled report, an update on a material change, or a decision request. The director chooses the concept; authorized people approve client commitments and release.
Agree when results are due, which changes deserve an alert and where to review them. Confirm recurring schedules, time zones and end dates; connecting an app alone does not enable monitoring. Test a changed input and a blocked step. Before retiring the responsibility, stop its delegated work and cancel its schedules separately. Keep the reviewed instructions so you can recheck access and resume when needed.
Connect only what the role needs
Use licensed references and approved campaign material. Respect client confidentiality, embargoes and permissions for people’s likenesses. The Dot may prepare and organize work within its brief; concept selection, client commitments and public release remain with the authorized people.
Creative software, client libraries and review platforms need their own supported access. A cloud assignment does not automatically control every production application or clear the rights to an asset.
This practice is part of the existing proactive agent assignments and review time. It does not add class days or extend the hours shown in your booking.

Intro
Days 1–2 · Tasks
Frame a useful first pass.
Direct one important task at a time. Give the prompt enough context, inspect the result and improve it before reuse.
Day 01Write a brief that guides the work
Use a sample campaign challenge to define audience, intended response and creative constraints. Establish the judgment behind the brief before generating options.
- 1.1
Define the audience and response
Turn the sample business request into a specific audience, communication task and desired response. Separate supplied audience evidence from assumptions that need research.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour in Full Course; 30 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- An audience and communication brief with open questions.
- 1.2
Set the creative boundaries
Specify brand voice, visual references, required elements, exclusions and delivery formats. Explain the purpose of each reference rather than asking for an indistinct imitation.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 20 minutes in Full Course; 40 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A creative-direction brief and annotated reference set.
- 1.3
Write a reusable creative prompt
Combine the audience, idea and constraints in a prompt for one concept exploration. Review the result against the brief and revise instructions that invite generic work.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A reviewed creative prompt and a first concept study.
By the end of the day
A concise brief and prompt that give creative exploration a useful direction.
Review checkpoint
Check that the brief names a real communication task and that references are permitted, relevant and interpreted deliberately.
Day 02Compare ideas on their merits
Explore a few distinct routes from the same brief. Judge the idea, audience fit and execution together instead of selecting the most polished image automatically.
- 2.1
Develop distinct concept routes
Create two or three deliberately different directions using the approved brief. Describe the central idea and how each route should feel before preparing representative visual or motion tests.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour in Full Course; 30 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A small concept set with a clear idea behind each route.
- 2.2
Critique against the brief
Compare the routes for audience fit, brand character, clarity and practical execution. Identify what a promising route still needs rather than declaring the first result finished.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 20 minutes in Full Course; 40 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A concept comparison and specific revision notes.
- 2.3
Present the selected direction
Prepare a concise rationale with references, constraints and next steps. Refine your briefing, exploration and critique prompts, then test how they respond to a changed requirement.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- Practice explaining a selected concept and refining the prompts that shaped it.
By the end of the day
Practice briefing, exploring and evaluating a concept direction you can explain and develop.
Review checkpoint
Review consistency with the brief, not visual novelty alone. Mark unresolved rights, production and approval questions.
Intensive
Days 3–7 · Proactive Agents
Keep recurring work moving.
Build proactive agents that run defined tasks over time. Give each one a trigger, working record and limits, then review its exceptions and results.
Build the proactive agent and test one complete run. Name its role, approve its inputs and connections, then hand suitable work to a Dot. Choose a single assignment or a continuing responsibility with clear reports, review points and a way to stop.
Day 03Keep the brief current
Build a proactive agent that processes approved brief changes and prepares their impact. The proactive agent should preserve the creative decision record rather than rewrite direction whenever feedback arrives.
- 3.1
Define the brief-update proactive agent
Set the approved-change trigger, required fields and saved brief version. Have the proactive agent classify changes, identify affected deliverables and request review when instructions conflict.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A brief-update proactive agent and versioned creative record.
- 3.2
Test late and conflicting feedback
Submit a seeded update, a duplicate and an unapproved request. Preserve accepted instructions, stop conflicting changes and prepare a decision request for the creative director.
Proactive agent practice. Create and test the creative preparation proactive agent on one sample run. Name the role Campaign Studio and hand supported work to a Dot using the approved brief, licensed reference set and asset review record. Define permitted actions and the return you expect; inspect the first result before giving it an ongoing responsibility.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A change-impact report and creative decision queue.
By the end of the day
A proactive agent that keeps approved direction distinct from incoming requests.
Review checkpoint
Check that stakeholder preference is not treated as a final creative decision and that repeated feedback does not create duplicate revisions.
Day 04Keep references useful and traceable
Give a proactive agent a recurring research assignment within approved sources. A useful reference should explain a creative possibility, not simply enlarge a moodboard.
- 4.1
Build the reference-research proactive agent
Define the audience question, source boundaries and update schedule. Record reference origin, usage questions and the reason each item relates to the brief.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A proactive research agent and an annotated reference register.
- 4.2
Review relevance and unsupported claims
Seed an outdated reference, an uncertain usage status and a weak audience claim. Have the proactive agent flag the issues and prepare questions instead of presenting them as verified support.
Proactive agent practice. Give the proactive reference role access only to approved sources and confirm when it should revisit them. Return provenance, relevance and rights questions with new references; do not turn discovery into automatic clearance.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A research digest and a reference-review queue.
By the end of the day
A recurring research digest that connects references to creative decisions.
Review checkpoint
Inspect source context and distinguish audience evidence from aesthetic interpretation. Do not assume a discovered asset is cleared for production.
Day 05Prepare variations without losing the idea
Build a proactive agent that turns an approved direction into structured variation briefs. Use a small batch of permitted image or motion tests to examine how well the instructions hold.
- 5.1
Define the variation-preparation proactive agent
Trigger work from an accepted concept and specify which elements must remain consistent. Have the proactive agent prepare variation prompts, format requirements and evaluation questions in a saved job record.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A concept-preparation proactive agent and a controlled variation plan.
- 5.2
Run and review a sample batch
Execute a small batch through supported tools or a guided manual handoff. Record the settings and versions, allow a bounded revision and escalate outputs that drift from the idea.
Proactive agent practice. Set up a proactive variation role that can prepare another bounded batch from the accepted concept. Compare independent options, bring selection to the director and hold dependent production until the choice is approved.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A reviewed variation set and an execution log.
By the end of the day
A repeatable preparation process for creative variations with traceable review.
Review checkpoint
Check continuity of idea, brand and audience fit. Automation must follow the tool’s supported access; visual generation still needs creative judgment.
Day 06Turn feedback into precise revisions
Use proactive agents to organize approved feedback and check the sample asset set. Their job is to make revision and delivery requirements easier to act on.
- 6.1
Create the feedback-routing proactive agent
Process approved comments into revision tasks tied to asset versions and owners. Preserve the original comment and flag conflicting requests or missing creative decisions.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A feedback proactive agent and a version-linked revision queue.
- 6.2
Check asset readiness
Configure an asset-checking proactive agent to inspect supplied metadata against required formats, naming and approval status. Stop a delivery-ready label when a required asset or approval is missing.
Proactive agent practice. Connect the permitted review record and define the feedback changes that need attention. Have the proactive role prepare precise revision requests against the current asset version and escalate contradictory direction.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- An asset-checking proactive agent and a readiness report.
By the end of the day
A revision queue and asset record that show what is ready and what still needs a decision.
Review checkpoint
Review the actual creative work as well as its metadata; a correctly named file is not proof of visual quality, rights clearance or approval.
Day 07Test the brief-to-delivery workflow
Run the proactive agents through a compressed campaign revision cycle. Check whether creative direction survives changed requirements, interrupted work and multiple versions.
- 7.1
Connect the creative proactive agents
Pass an approved brief through research, variation preparation, feedback and asset checking. Save accepted versions and prepare a concise review pack after each simulated update.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A tested creative workflow and review pack.
- 7.2
Test delays and recovery
Withhold a required approval, repeat a comment and interrupt a preparation run. Check bounded retries, saved state and resumption without creating conflicting asset versions.
Proactive agent practice. Let Campaign Studio continue a cloud-capable assignment while you leave the chat. Inspect the result, block one input and test recovery. Then retire the responsibility: stop active delegates, cancel future schedules and retain the reviewed instructions. Recheck access and inputs before calling it back into service.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours 20 minutes in Full Course; 1 hour 10 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A failure-test log and creative-proactive agent operating guide.
By the end of the day
A recurring creative workflow that prepares work and exceptions for your review.
Review checkpoint
Follow one change from the brief to the final asset record and confirm that no superseded version is presented as approved.
MasterCourse - Capstone
Days 8–10 · MasterCourse only · Factory
Direct a Factory of proactive AI agent teams.
Coordinate multiple supervised proactive AI agent teams around a larger outcome. Define what each proactive AI agent team delivers, how work changes hands and where you approve the result.
Build a Factory of proactive AI agent teams around a shared outcome. Give each team accepted inputs, a named responsibility and a clear handoff. A Dot can coordinate continuing work and delegate bounded runs; each role does not need a separate personal Dot.
Day 08Organize the campaign Factory
Build three coordinated proactive AI agent teams around the same creative direction: Strategy and Insight, Concept and Production, and Delivery Review. Give each a distinct contribution and handoff.
- 8.1
Assign creative proactive AI agent team responsibilities
Group audience and reference proactive agents into Strategy and Insight; concept and variation proactive agents into Concept and Production; and feedback and asset-checking proactive agents into Delivery Review.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A campaign Factory plan defining each proactive AI agent’s role and each proactive AI agent team’s responsibility.
- 8.2
Define the proactive AI agent team handoff standard
Specify the accepted brief, references, asset versions and approval status that must accompany every handoff. Give receiving proactive AI agent teams a clear way to return incomplete work.
Proactive agent practice. Brief the Dot on the campaign proactive AI agent teams, shared concept and handoff checks. Test the distinction between parallel preparation and production that must wait for an approved choice. Give each role a stable name and decide which responsibilities continue between cycles.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours 20 minutes in Full Course; 1 hour 10 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- Proactive AI agent team handoff contracts and a shared campaign record.
By the end of the day
A Factory of multiple proactive AI agent teams built around one coherent campaign idea.
Review checkpoint
Check that proactive AI agent teams have distinct outputs and that the creative director retains the authority to choose and change the direction.
Day 09Carry one idea across the deliverables
Run a bounded campaign set through the proactive AI agent teams. Introduce a late format change and contradictory feedback to test coordination under realistic pressure.
- 9.1
Run the campaign handoffs
Pass the accepted strategy into concept preparation, then route the sample asset set to Delivery Review. Preserve the link between each asset, its brief and the approval decision.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A coordinated campaign run and handoff record.
- 9.2
Resolve revisions across proactive AI agent teams
Change one delivery requirement and add conflicting feedback. Identify affected assets, ask for the missing creative decision and carry the approved revision through all proactive AI agent teams.
Proactive agent practice. Change the approved direction and ask the Dot to identify affected assets and proactive AI agent teams. Review a reconciled delivery set with stale versions clearly separated. Check that waiting work resumes only after the required input or decision is accepted.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours 20 minutes in Full Course; 1 hour 10 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A revision-impact map and a consistent second campaign set.
By the end of the day
A Factory that can coordinate changes without losing the approved creative direction.
Review checkpoint
Review the set as a whole. Each deliverable should serve the same idea while respecting its own format and audience context.
Day 10Approve a repeatable delivery process
Demonstrate the campaign Factory on a small, complete sample. Finish with a process you can direct and evaluate further, not a claim that production can run without creative oversight.
- 10.1
Refine the proactive AI agent team instructions
Use the test findings to clarify proactive AI agent team prompts, source permissions, version rules and escalation. Document where visual inspection, specialist production work or rights review remains necessary.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour in Full Course; 30 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- Reusable proactive AI agent team instructions and a production-limits register.
- 10.2
Set creative release gates
Define the checks for idea, brand, format, approved assets and unresolved usage questions. Assign final approval and a clear return route for work that misses the standard.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 20 minutes in Full Course; 40 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A creative release checklist and revision procedure.
- 10.3
Run the complete campaign simulation
Process a new approved brief, a sample variation batch and a returned asset. Assemble the reviewed campaign set with its rationale, source record and handover instructions.
Proactive agent practice. Run another sample campaign cycle and review the complete creative return. Confirm that the selected direction, rights checks and release approval are represented before any external delivery. Retire the Factory’s active work and schedules, then rehearse a restart from its reviewed roles and a fresh approved input.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A demonstrated campaign Factory and reviewed creative handover.
By the end of the day
Practice directing a creative Factory through concept development, production handoffs and final review.
Review checkpoint
The creative director approves the result before release. Classroom output does not establish production readiness, rights clearance or campaign performance.
Days 8–10 · MasterCourse - Capstone
A Factory with clear handoffs.
Carry an approved campaign idea from research and concept development to a coherent, reviewed set of deliverables.
Proactive AI agent team 1

- Handoff
- Send the set and its creative record to Delivery Review; return missing direction to Strategy and Insight.
- Acceptance check
- The work follows the approved idea and identifies unfinished assets, unsupported access and unresolved production questions.
Proactive AI agent team 3
Delivery Review
- Proactive agent roles
- Feedback-routing, Asset-checking, Consistency
- Deliverable
- A checked campaign handover and a creative approval queue.
- Handoff
- Return defects to the responsible proactive AI agent team and present complete work to the creative director.
- Acceptance check
- The set is coherent, required formats and versions are identified, and final release has explicit human approval.
Simulate approved brief changes, variation runs and returned assets. proactive AI agent teams retain a common direction and version record while testing acceptance and revision between groups.
The creative director approves direction and final work. Production, rights and brand owners resolve questions in their areas; proactive agents do not publish or grant usage rights.
The Capstone builds and tests a supervised prototype with sample cycles, revisions and exceptions. Longer projects continue beyond class; three days do not imply completion of a full production program.
A Factory that can carry work forward
Coordinate Strategy and Insight, Concept and Production and Delivery Review as teams of proactive AI agents. The Dot keeps the accepted concept in view across continuing batches. Independent preparation can run in parallel; dependent production waits for the director’s choice and accepted changes.
Keep the approved brief, source versions and decisions in the shared handoff record. Notes help preserve context; they do not replace a checked record. Test a second cycle, a blocked handoff and recovery. Retire the Factory by stopping active delegates and future schedules; retain the reviewed roles for a later restart.

Can Intro or Intensive tuition count toward MasterCourse?
The amount actually paid for Intro and/or Intensive can be credited once toward one MasterCourse enrollment within twelve months of each purchase. Intro and Intensive do not credit each other. No credit toward other programs, software or cash. Credit requests are reviewed against purchase records and eligibility; they are not an automatic checkout discount.
Full refund, transfer and credit policyWhat happens if I miss a day?
A missed day has a guaranteed place on the same curriculum day in a later cohort, free of charge, within twelve months of the original cohort's last scheduled day. After this window, new enrollment uses the then-published fee; day credits have no cash value and cannot buy a different curriculum day. An attended day may be repeated without charge within the same twelve-month window, subject to space. One free transfer of the whole seat or its unused days to a later cohort, in either published format, without a reason or a price increase, within twelve months of the original cohort’s last scheduled day. A day already consumed on one format is consumed on both; unused curriculum days are portable across dates and formats.
Full refund, transfer and credit policyWhat should I know before enrolling?
Full refund for a cancelled live program before its first scheduled session begins, including individual and group purchases and an approved MasterMind season. No refund after the purchased program starts, including dissatisfaction or absence, except for a session the provider fails to deliver. Statutory rights are unaffected. Partial attendance consumes the day under the published attendance rules. Read the full terms before choosing your class.
Full refund, transfer and credit policyWhen do I start using Dots?
Intro teaches individual tasks, clear prompts and review. Intensive teaches you to create proactive agents, test their work and hand supported responsibilities to OpenAI Dots. MasterCourse adds a Factory of proactive AI agent teams with shared records and coordinated handoffs.
Can the work continue after I close my phone or computer?
A Dot has its own cloud computer and browser. When the assignment, files and tools are available there, it can work while your phone or computer is off. Always-on means available to continue the responsibility; it may wait for a schedule, input or approval and remains subject to access and usage limits. Work using local files or applications still needs that connected computer online with the ChatGPT app open.
How do I stay in control over time?
Give the Dot and its assignments recognizable names, keep approved context current, and agree what deserves a report. It can surface missing input, access or decisions.
