What you learn
Learn to connect design prompts and content proactive agents into a Factory of supervised proactive AI agent teams, with shared campaign facts, checked handoffs and human publishing approval.
Build a Factory of proactive AI agent teams for campaign preparation. Use a Dot to coordinate continuing work across their handoffs and return checked copy, versioned design requests and items awaiting publication approval. Test changing inputs, blocked work and a later restart. An authorized person approves claims, rights and publication.
Proactive Agents · OpenAI Dots
Create it. Name it. Put it to work.
Create and test a proactive AI agent, give its role a stable name, and define what it may do. Then hand supported work to OpenAI Dots for one run or a continuing responsibility. Your Dot can keep working between conversations, using approved context and connected tools, and return results or ask for a decision without a fresh prompt for every step.
Give the role a name and a brief
Name the role Campaign Queue. Give it approved facts, brand rules, formats, licensed assets and selected templates. Use a supported, permitted connection or reviewed exports; keep current offers, dates and review decisions with the role.
Choose a run or an ongoing responsibility
A Dot has its own cloud computer and browser. When the assignment, files and tools are available there, it can work while your phone or computer is off. Always-on means available to continue the responsibility; it may wait for a schedule, input or approval and remains subject to access and usage limits. Work using local files or applications still needs that connected computer online with the ChatGPT app open.
Set the return and the review rhythm
Return checked copy, versioned design requests and items awaiting publication approval under the same named responsibility, with source versions and completed, waiting and blocked work clearly separated. Agree whether you need a scheduled report, an update on a material change, or a decision request. An authorized person approves claims, rights and publication.
Agree when results are due, which changes deserve an alert and where to review them. Confirm recurring schedules, time zones and end dates; connecting an app alone does not enable monitoring. Test a changed input and a blocked step. Before retiring the responsibility, stop its delegated work and cancel its schedules separately. Keep the reviewed instructions so you can recheck access and resume when needed.
Connect only what the role needs
Use approved brand material and assets you are allowed to use. Keep customer lists, private campaign data and identifying images out of unapproved cloud assignments. Review claims, accessibility and rights before an authorized person publishes or schedules content.
The Dot can coordinate preparation through supported tools or reviewed exports. Direct editing of Canva designs depends on the available connection and account permissions; it is not assumed.
This practice is part of the existing proactive agent assignments and review time. It does not add class days or extend the hours shown in your booking.

Intro
Days 1–2 · Tasks
Frame a useful first pass.
Direct one important task at a time. Give the prompt enough context, inspect the result and improve it before reuse.
Day 01Give the design a clear job.
Start with one audience, one message and clear brand guidelines. Use prompts to clarify the brief and practice creating a small, editable Canva design.
- 1.1
Write the design brief
Turn supplied brand notes into an audience, message, format and action. Separate required brand elements from optional creative directions.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour in Full Course; 30 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A one-page design brief.
- 1.2
Draft copy with a clear hierarchy
Prompt a headline, support line and call to action from approved facts. Compare alternatives for meaning and reading order.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 20 minutes in Full Course; 40 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A reviewed copy hierarchy with selected wording.
- 1.3
Build an editable layout
Use the brief and copy to explore a Canva layout. Refine the chosen design by hand and keep the editable source and approved brand references.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- An editable layout and a short selection rationale.
By the end of the day
A focused brand brief, prompt set and reviewed Canva design.
Review checkpoint
Read the design at its intended size. Check the message, action and brand choices before adding decorative detail.
Day 02Keep the message clear in another format.
Adapt the approved design to a second format and a short video treatment. Practice individual prompts, then inspect how the actual outputs read.
- 2.1
Adapt the layout
Prepare instructions for one additional format, then adjust the Canva design. Check line breaks, cropping and visual order rather than assuming a resize preserves them.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour in Full Course; 30 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A reviewed second-format layout.
- 2.2
Plan the companion video
Prompt a short visual sequence from the same brief and assemble a small CapCut example using approved assets. Review the opening, pacing and captions.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 20 minutes in Full Course; 40 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A short video study with an editable sequence plan.
- 2.3
Check the asset set
Compare the two layouts and video against the source facts, brand references and intended viewing conditions. List permissions questions instead of treating generated content as automatically cleared.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A cross-format review checklist and corrected sample set.
By the end of the day
A small, consistent asset set and a repeatable review checklist.
Review checkpoint
Check readability, caption accuracy and factual consistency across the actual exports.
Intensive
Days 3–7 · Proactive Agents
Keep recurring work moving.
Build proactive agents that run defined tasks over time. Give each one a trigger, working record and limits, then review its exceptions and results.
Build the proactive agent and test one complete run. Name its role, approve its inputs and connections, then hand suitable work to a Dot. Choose a single assignment or a continuing responsibility with clear reports, review points and a way to stop.
Day 03Keep recurring briefs complete.
Build a proactive intake agent that processes a new content request or checks a submission queue. Give it a current brand record and an explicit way to stop incomplete work.
- 3.1
Structure incoming requests
Have the proactive agent extract message, audience, format, deadline and source facts from supplied briefs. Link each request to the current brand references.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A structured brief queue with source links.
- 3.2
Handle missing and repeated requests
Run a second batch with a duplicate and an incomplete brief. Preserve prior decisions, request missing information and bound follow-up attempts.
Proactive agent practice. Create and test the campaign preparation proactive agent on one sample run. Name the role Campaign Queue and hand supported work to a Dot using approved campaign facts, licensed assets and a design review queue. Define permitted actions and the return you expect; inspect the first result before giving it an ongoing responsibility.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- An intake run log with paused requests and named owners.
By the end of the day
A recurring brief-intake proactive agent with clear start and stop conditions.
Review checkpoint
A blank source field or missing approval must remain visible, not be completed with plausible copy.
Day 04Prepare content batches from approved facts.
Give a copy proactive agent a bounded batch and an approved messaging record. Its recurring work is to prepare drafts and explain changes, leaving final wording for review.
- 4.1
Generate a bounded copy batch
Have the proactive agent draft a small set of headlines, supporting text and actions for the queued formats. Carry the source fact and brief identifier into each draft.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A source-linked copy batch for review.
- 4.2
Respond to a changed message
Change one approved fact and rerun the batch. Preserve unaffected copy, mark superseded text and escalate contradictions instead of choosing silently.
Proactive agent practice. Make copy preparation a continuing role grounded in approved campaign facts. Confirm its check-in schedule, change one message and review only the affected revisions. Mark unsupported claims instead of inventing replacements.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A copy change report and revised approval queue.
By the end of the day
A copy proactive agent that can update a batch without losing the approved message.
Review checkpoint
Check dates, claims and calls to action against the current brief before design work continues.
Day 05Match each brief to a usable template.
Use a proactive agent to organize production around approved Canva templates. It can prepare precise instructions and track versions; people perform edits where no approved connection supports them.
- 5.1
Prepare template instructions
Have the proactive agent match the brief queue to Canva templates available in your account and write placement, copy-length and asset instructions. Mark uncertain matches for a designer.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A template assignment sheet with editable-source links.
- 5.2
Track the design revisions
Register returned Canva versions and reviewer notes. Have the proactive agent prepare bounded correction requests and pause when the brand rule and requested edit conflict.
Proactive agent practice. Give the proactive layout role accepted briefs and template rules. Connect Canva only where supported and permitted; otherwise hand over reviewed exports and design instructions. Keep design choices available for your approval.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A design revision queue with version history.
By the end of the day
A production coordinator that keeps briefs, templates and revisions together.
Review checkpoint
Inspect the design itself for hierarchy and brand fit; a completed checklist does not prove a layout works.
Day 06Keep video work aligned with the collection.
Coordinate the CapCut companion assets through a recurring preparation proactive agent. Keep approved copy and visual references attached to the edit request.
- 6.1
Prepare the video packet
Have the proactive agent assemble accepted copy, approved image exports, sequence notes and caption text for one short edit. Use explicit file handoffs when needed.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A versioned CapCut edit packet.
- 6.2
Track caption and timing fixes
Use human review notes to create correction requests. Rerun the proactive agent after a revised export, preserving unresolved issues and limiting repeated attempts.
Proactive agent practice. Keep companion-video preparation tied to the approved collection. On a confirmed review, return caption, timing and revision notes against the correct asset version, with uncertain claims or rights escalated.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours in Full Course; 1 hour in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A caption and timing issue log with review status.
By the end of the day
A video-preparation workflow that keeps short edits consistent with the static assets.
Review checkpoint
Read captions against the audio and inspect timing in the video; do not accept text-only checks as a complete review.
Day 07Make the release queue inspectable.
Connect the proactive agents into a workflow for a small recurring content batch. Keep the final publishing action outside the automated preparation process.
- 7.1
Check the export manifest
Have a checking proactive agent compare required formats, current source designs, accepted copy and returned exports. Flag missing or stale files for review.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A publishing-readiness manifest.
- 7.2
Test a blocked asset
Withhold one approval and supply an outdated export. Test that the workflow pauses affected items, resumes after correction and does not recreate accepted work.
Proactive agent practice. Let Campaign Queue continue a cloud-capable assignment while you leave the chat. Inspect the result, block one input and test recovery. Then retire the responsibility: stop active delegates, cancel future schedules and retain the reviewed instructions. Recheck access and inputs before calling it back into service.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours 20 minutes in Full Course; 1 hour 10 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A tested recurring workflow with a recovery record.
By the end of the day
A repeatable content workflow and a clear human approval queue.
Review checkpoint
Check that a ready label means the required evidence exists, not that the proactive agent is allowed to publish.
MasterCourse - Capstone
Days 8–10 · MasterCourse only · Factory
Direct a Factory of proactive AI agent teams.
Coordinate multiple supervised proactive AI agent teams around a larger outcome. Define what each proactive AI agent team delivers, how work changes hands and where you approve the result.
Build a Factory of proactive AI agent teams around a shared outcome. Give each team accepted inputs, a named responsibility and a clear handoff. A Dot can coordinate continuing work and delegate bounded runs; each role does not need a separate personal Dot.
Day 08Give each campaign proactive AI agent team a clear deliverable.
Organize multiple supervised proactive AI agent teams around one small campaign sample. Connect the message, editable production and release checks through shared records.
- 8.1
Assign the campaign proactive AI agent teams
Define Brief and Copy, Design and Video, and Release proactive Review AI agent teams with multiple proactive agent roles. Give each a bounded assignment and named human owner.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A Factory proactive AI agent team map and campaign record.
- 8.2
Set the handoff standards
Specify what makes a brief usable, an asset set reviewable and a release packet complete. Record the versions and approvals every receiving proactive AI agent team requires.
Proactive agent practice. Brief the Dot on the three campaign proactive AI agent teams and their accepted inputs. Check that Design and Video receive approved copy and facts rather than unresolved requests. Give each role a stable name and decide which responsibilities continue between cycles.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours 20 minutes in Full Course; 1 hour 10 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A proactive AI agent team handoff table with acceptance criteria.
By the end of the day
A campaign Factory plan with distinct proactive AI agent team outputs and review responsibilities.
Review checkpoint
Check that the proactive production AI agent team can reject incomplete copy and the proactive review AI agent team can return a visually inconsistent set.
Day 09Carry a campaign change through the proactive AI agent teams.
Run a small set of static and video assets through the Factory. Use prepared assets and accelerated reviews to test coordination within the class.
- 9.1
Run the campaign handoffs
Have Brief and Copy issue an accepted message packet, Design and Video return the sample assets, and Release Review check the full manifest. Log returns as well as acceptances.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A sample campaign handoff record.
- 9.2
Propagate a late correction
Change an approved offer detail in the sample. Route the change through copy, layouts, captions and exports; stop affected items until every version agrees.
Proactive agent practice. Introduce a late offer or date correction. Have the Dot coordinate the affected proactive AI agent teams and return an asset-by-asset account of what changed and what still needs review. Check that waiting work resumes only after the required input or decision is accepted.
Suggested time for this task: 2 hours 20 minutes in Full Course; 1 hour 10 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A coordinated correction run with an updated asset manifest.
By the end of the day
A tested route for correcting a campaign across formats and proactive AI agent teams.
Review checkpoint
Inspect the actual files for the old wording; updating a record alone does not update an export.
Day 10Approve the system for the next campaign.
Refine the process and test a second small batch. The Capstone tests how the proactive AI agent teams coordinate, not that an entire campaign can be produced or launched in three days.
- 10.1
Refine the operating rules
Tighten proactive AI agent team instructions, template requirements, retry limits and escalation owners using the first run’s failures.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour in Full Course; 30 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A revised campaign operating guide.
- 10.2
Run another sample batch
Send a prepared brief through every proactive AI agent team. Check the resulting editable-source links, export versions and unresolved exceptions.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 20 minutes in Full Course; 40 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A second-run results packet.
- 10.3
Record the publishing decision
Review the sample collection as the brand owner. Approve or return each item and record the person responsible for an actual publication.
Proactive agent practice. Run a second campaign batch and inspect copy, captions, formats and approval status together. Verify that no content was published before the authorized person’s decision. Retire the Factory’s active work and schedules, then rehearse a restart from its reviewed roles and a fresh approved input.
Suggested time for this task: 1 hour 40 minutes in Full Course; 50 minutes in Crash Course. Part of your class day, not extra time.- Practice result
- A human approval record and next-campaign checklist.
By the end of the day
A tested Factory of brand-content proactive AI agent teams with a reviewed sample collection and human release control.
Review checkpoint
Another operator should be able to locate each approved source, final export and unresolved decision.
Days 8–10 · MasterCourse - Capstone
A Factory with clear handoffs.
Prepare and review a small cross-format campaign collection while keeping message changes, editable sources and exports consistent.

Proactive AI agent team 3
Release Review
- Proactive agent roles
- Manifest, Consistency-check, Approval coordinator
- Deliverable
- A reviewed asset manifest and human decision queue.
- Handoff
- Return defects to their owning proactive AI agent team and send accepted items to the brand owner.
- Acceptance check
- All required formats are present; human visual and caption checks are recorded; unresolved items remain blocked.
Proactive AI agent teams share a campaign record and current message version. New briefs and accepted changes trigger bounded work; scheduled checks follow up on pending handoffs. Proactive Agents coordinate supported connections and explicit file exchanges without assuming control of every design tool.
The brand owner approves claims, creative choices, permissions and publication. The Factory prepares the decision and keeps unapproved assets out of the release set.
The Capstone builds and tests a supervised prototype with sample cycles, revisions and exceptions. Longer projects continue beyond class; three days do not imply completion of a full production program.
A Factory that can carry work forward
Coordinate Brief and Copy, Design and Video and Release Review as teams of proactive AI agents. The Dot follows the shared campaign record across recurring batches and routes changed offers, dates and claims to affected formats. The publication gate remains with an authorized person.
Keep the approved brief, source versions and decisions in the shared handoff record. Notes help preserve context; they do not replace a checked record. Test a second cycle, a blocked handoff and recovery. Retire the Factory by stopping active delegates and future schedules; retain the reviewed roles for a later restart.

You control permissions, review exceptions and approve release. The MasterCourse-only Capstone tests continuing cycles as well as individual runs.
Are recordings available?
Yes. Students can access recordings of their classes in the members portal.
How long is each class, and how many days do I attend?
This MasterCourse has 10 class days. Full Course lasts 6 hours each day, including lunch and two short breaks. Crash Course lasts 2 hours 30 minutes each day, including one short break. Choose one format for the whole course. Both cover the same topics; Full Course gives you more practice time. Check your selected dates for the exact start and end times in your time zone.
Which time zone will I see?
The class chooser detects your time zone automatically. Use Change time zone to select another location; the dates and hours update together.
Can Intro or Intensive tuition count toward MasterCourse?
The amount actually paid for Intro and/or Intensive can be credited once toward one MasterCourse enrollment within twelve months of each purchase. Intro and Intensive do not credit each other. No credit toward other programs, software or cash. Credit requests are reviewed against purchase records and eligibility; they are not an automatic checkout discount.
Full refund, transfer and credit policyWhat happens if I miss a day?
A missed day has a guaranteed place on the same curriculum day in a later cohort, free of charge, within twelve months of the original cohort's last scheduled day. After this window, new enrollment uses the then-published fee; day credits have no cash value and cannot buy a different curriculum day. An attended day may be repeated without charge within the same twelve-month window, subject to space. One free transfer of the whole seat or its unused days to a later cohort, in either published format, without a reason or a price increase, within twelve months of the original cohort’s last scheduled day. A day already consumed on one format is consumed on both; unused curriculum days are portable across dates and formats.
Full refund, transfer and credit policyWhat should I know before enrolling?
Full refund for a cancelled live program before its first scheduled session begins, including individual and group purchases and an approved MasterMind season. No refund after the purchased program starts, including dissatisfaction or absence, except for a session the provider fails to deliver. Statutory rights are unaffected. Partial attendance consumes the day under the published attendance rules. Read the full terms before choosing your class.
Full refund, transfer and credit policyWhen do I start using Dots?
Intro teaches individual tasks, clear prompts and review. Intensive teaches you to create proactive agents, test their work and hand supported responsibilities to OpenAI Dots. MasterCourse adds a Factory of proactive AI agent teams with shared records and coordinated handoffs.
Can the work continue after I close my phone or computer?
A Dot has its own cloud computer and browser. When the assignment, files and tools are available there, it can work while your phone or computer is off. Always-on means available to continue the responsibility; it may wait for a schedule, input or approval and remains subject to access and usage limits. Work using local files or applications still needs that connected computer online with the ChatGPT app open.
How do I stay in control over time?
Give the Dot and its assignments recognizable names, keep approved context current, and agree what deserves a report. It can surface missing input, access or decisions. To pause or retire work, check active delegates and saved schedules separately; pausing the main conversation does not stop them all. Review access and inputs before resuming.
What material can I use for the cloud exercises?
Use approved brand material and assets you are allowed to use. Keep customer lists, private campaign data and identifying images out of unapproved cloud assignments. Review claims, accessibility and rights before an authorized person publishes or schedules content.
